That dump looks eerily similar to the one that grandson of Max Factor, the rapist who filmed his exploits and was captured by Dog the Bounty Hunter in Mexico, looks just like the dump he owned in Malibu. Wonder if the Factor family rents it out, now that junior is doing life in San Quentin. It is interesting that the owner is personally suing Ricki Lake for damages.. I would tend to think that Ms. Lake would have had proper renters for her personal property destroyed by fire, as well as Mr. Kousayan having a policy covering accidental damages caused by tenants. I would think that Mr. Kousayan would make claim against his policy for damages, and then, his carrier may attempt to go after Ricki Lake...
