Face it UCLA sucks...you guys dropped the ball and there is no getting around that...you failed Lindsey, the community, and yourselves...

Yep they all get the same level of care. But some of hte best of the best shrinks in the USA let out Linday in what 22 days? Saying she did not need adderal, she did not have adhda(I believe that, and she used that diagnosis to get that drug) and she did not have a drug problem.
1. They must all feel really incrediably stupid, ignorant, undereducated at this point.
2. Lindsay is an actress, her entire life is s stage or movie set, she does not know anything else. IN court she acts, for paparazzi she acts, for police, for Judges and attorney's, she acts, for doctors etc. SHE ACTS. Obviously she does one good thing in her life and that is ACT.

I would be going out the backdoor of UCLA if I was any of those doctors that Linds saw there. Serious guys the BACK DOOR, OMG!

I am an outpatient (bipolar disorder) at UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Hospital. The care I've received there has absolutely been second to none. I, however, actually do work with my doc on getting better.

My experience with UCLA and the psych.and drug ward was shocking!! They are completely inadequate and the unit is disorganized. My relative that was there needed help of which she didn't get at all!!!!!

The worst thing a "doctor" can do is tell an addict, "you're not an addict"! UCLA had to paid a tremendous amount of money to come up with that one. And, if she would of stayed the recommended amount of time the Judge recommended, her prognosis may have been better. I'll tell you, these judges over there are starting to look like fools.

this guy knows nothing about addiction.any dr with sense would never let someone who was taking all that just leave after a couple of weeks.if ur in a 12 step program u know she needs long term care.not ur average addict,shes smart and the smarter u are the worse off u are

I've never posted before on any gossip site, but this is just absurd. I have voluntarily been to rehab. I know how it works, and it is RIDICULOUS they let her out of treatment. The court does not ASK you if you're an addict. 3/4s of the people I was in treatment with were sent by the courts, many for 90 days, for drug convictions, and guess what...most of them claimed to have no addiction problems. There are no diagnostic tests for addiction. The ONLY explanation is special treatment.

Conversely, I understand her being let out of jail early, due to overcrowding, which is what happens for EVERYONE for a non-violent offense. There is however, NO WAY she should have been let out of treatment. Her SECOND DUI and coke possession. Absurd.

The doctor's who "treated" her are total incompetents when it comes to the addict. They were treating psychological issues, not drug addiction issues. They sent her on her way after determining that she wasn't an addict, and that she had been misdiagnosed, so she didn't need all those pills !

I don't know what her treatment plan was while inpatient there, but I can say with almost complete certainty, she was not treated for alcohol and drug addiction AT ALL.

She has a cross addiction with many drugs included...there is a root underlieing problem.First she needs to kick all drugs including those nasty cancer sticks than she can deal with what she is not now dealing with,if thats happens than she can overcome her addictions if it doesn`t she will OD untill she dies.Four week walkabout in the nowwhere with only food water and walking than treatment and mental reprogramming

The minute I had heard that this is where they were sending her I thought to myself she's in the wrong place. Not only did they state she was misdiagnosed and didn't need the med's she was taking, they also stated she wasn't a drug addict/alcoholic. WOW!

Then when she got out early I thought to myself again that whoeve she was being treated by was incompetent, knows nothing about addictions or about a junkies way of manipulating everyone around them.

Then what does she do, she goes and gets high, fails a drug test and is back to business as usual with her addiction. Clearly the doctor's who treated her are incompetent. I'd like to know who they were and where did they get their training in medical school. Obviously not Yale Medical School graduates.

Please TMZ stop reporting on this woman. The last thing we the public need is to read about all her problems. Who cares anymore about her problems? I know I don't, I have problems of my own ! She shouldn't be covered in the news anymore, she's become a non-issue. Her career is over, her youth is destroyed when you look at her face, she's an embarrassment to herself, she's a danger to herself and others, and we just don't need to be reading about her anymore. She's a lost cause !
