As a San Diegan, I never was a big fan of Seau because I once heard a woman call into a talk show of a psycholigist who gave advice and without telling her name, I figured out who she was by how she told where she met him at school and how he was so popular in San Diego with people..yet he never came to see their own child...and the child was old enough to see him on TV helping other children and would ask why he didn't love him>

I have been a police officer in Southern California with three different agencies and have been working patrol and crimes of violence for almost 35 years and can say without reservation that almost 50% of DV arrests are " a night in jail will do him good" crap. The female, instead of pouting and running up his charge cards, will incite a verbal altercation that may escalate to violence by EITHER side and then the PD is called and since most DV crimes are felonies or "must arrest" misdemeanors the guy ( most of the time ) goes to jail. Nothwithstand the reluctance of the other side to testify against the other side when they realize he will often lose his job and her health coverage, security clearance or professional licenses; the City Attorney or DA will not go with a filing because they realize the charges are BS. This should NOT be confused with some of the actual DV cases where real corporal injury has been suffered with or without provocation. That said --- let's give Junior the benefit of the doubt until more is known. Innocent until proven guilty in a courtroom, NOT by a talking head " investigative journalist."

I also grew up in Oceanside in the same neighborhood as Junior, he fathered a child before he was a big shot footballer and your right according to the word on the street, he never gave that little girl the time of day. Then he marrys a beautiful blonde has more kids and of course dumps her for a younger blonde.

To #33 Mr police officer, you of all people should know how serious a crime domestic violence is. Shame on you for making it sound like she should have just run up his credit cards out of spite instead of having him arrested.

He needs Jesus Christ in his life. I hope all of our Samoan young peole take a second look at this guy. He's not a role model for many of our young Samoans to follow. Without Christ in his life, he's empty. Bottom line. He's not a Samoan, he's an American

Wow!!! So the dude goes to the Vista Slammer, makes bail and proceeds to have a few more belts (oh, I guess he'd actually given the "belts" earlier, forgive me) he feels bad, even sad and decices to drive off a freakin' cliff. Suicide attempt??? Don't know for sure, but I'd love to get the BAP numbers, if there are any. Junior bleepin' Seau thank you for stepping up to prove to everyone else just what a loser you are. Many happy returns.

A friend of mine has a VERY recent picture of (possibly) the girl in question. He's been at the hospital since noon. Do you want this photo? Please email me with a telephone number because feel it would be unwise to post mine on the "net".

Sincerely,

Anne

Dude dont give this guy a break. Yeah we dont know what happened, but it had to be something for bail and a felony arrest. Enough with the legal expertise, i have seen this guy in action, hes your typical , do you know who iam, type of jock and when things dont go his way he uses his size for intimidation. Steroids, really c'mon man! Grow up and start accepting that we dont know these people, even if you were with him at the Raider game, which by the way was in Oakland, not San Diego. Were you that drunk, wonder why you think hes a great guy. Stop defending these people, they wouldn't do it for you! And no i am not an anti hollywood sports guy.

Steroids & Concussions & Monetary privileged behavior far beyond any benefit they and their colleagues have EVER provided to society.
Stadiums built with PUBLIC MONEY. Stadiums manned by part-time, minimum waged employees with ZERO BENEFITS. Luxury boxes, court-side seats and more, all FILLED with people taking advantage of BUSINESS EXPENSES. This whole charade would fold like the USFL if sweetheart tax deals weren't allowed.
