i think she threw her drink at the photog because he made her ,possibly, "mother" uncomfortable. I stand by her on it. Her mom probably has gone through a lot and is not nearly as an extremem person as she is if that was so her mother.

Janine won't be in any trouble, obviosuly you don't know the law very well, physical contact isn't necessary by another party to begin defending yourself. Once she tells him the first time to back off and he continues to pursue her, he's now stalking and she has a right to defend herself. It would seem the judges in California Family Courts strive to keep families together, to not alienate parents, and to make sure fathers have access and rights.

Could Judge Gordon enact a gag order on Oksana for the attempts to undermine the relationship between Mel and Lucia? Would the allegations she is making not be a seen as a violation of the parenting access, a misconduct without any semblance of 'good faith'?
