Not surprising. I hear he is at a large rehab in Costa Mesa where it is notorious for it's clients relapsing and getting loaded. NTS is the rumored facility. But there are several. The large rehabs in Orange County are horrible. Addicts run amuck. The rehabs are just in it for the money. Too bad he can't find a small place. Now he will be sentenced to them prolly. I hope he gets it this time.

I couldnt stand Jason at first..he is so mean and hateful, but as the show went on I really felt sorry for him. Especially when he was in the meeting with Drew and Bob and he said he just wanted to have a father, and they said "you don't have that." The pain on his face was heartbreaking. It was like a someone had slapped him in the face. This guy is headed down a road that isnt good. I just hope that he will change coarse before it is too late.

I am a professional therapist. In my view, Dr. Drew does not display behaviors that truly indicate that he genuinely does care for those people who are under his care. I would never dream about having my clients on a program that not only violated their own confidentiality, but made almost a mockery of the mental health profession. But I guess when millioins of dollars are involved, even professional people's priorities can change.

My opinion is that sobrioty is a state of mind. And sometimes that is or seems impossible to grasp. It takes a lot for some people to get it, and when they do, even if they fall, they get back up and try again. It's sad that some people who have no idea what being a addict is but feel the right to condemn and judge. He does however require intense long term rehab, one month is just a brief vacation into recovery. He was such a jerk on the show, but somehow he grows on you.Why do people keep bring up his wealth? He's a human being, rich or poor, addicts come in all groups and no one is immune. I think all parents need to edjucate children from a early age, not fool proof but,at least plant the seed. Sounds like he didn't even have parents. Whats worse, his parents or bad parents? Toss up, huh?

he's the male paris hilton , in other words he doesn't really care about anything as long as he gets away with murder and he's not gonna ever get clean , actually he'll most likely end up overdosing at some point and then he'll be dead and it'll be his own fault and honestly i'm not surprised by his getting arrested

Oh, Jason. we love you. You look great, lost all that weight, now use your super-intelligence & creativity to do amazing things. You can do it. But not in a drug fog. Grandpa is watching, talk to him.

Oh to be rich, obese, ugly, drug addicted, with a small schlong and enough insecurity of Hiroshima and a lack of emotional attachment along with an inability to establish any with human beings. So an no longer being in the world is worth it?

Jason's attitude is absolutely pathetic...did anyone else see him doing the duckbill "quack quack quack" thing with his hand while Janice was talking? Rude, sad and ultimately pathetic.

Addicts go two ways, they either get it and get well or the don't and they die. There is no two ways about it.

Money doesn't buy class. Never has, never will. All money does is allow trash to walk around in expensive clothes.

To see him so high he could hunt ducks with a rake on the reunion show was, sorry to say, not surprising. Let's check back in a year and give a whopping round of "told you so" when he's six feet under.

BTW, You can cheer for someone all you'd like, but in the end, no amount of prayer or good wishes will remove Jason Davis' head from his backside, only he can do that. Let's just hope Johnny Law loses the key to the jail cell and let's Mr. Entitlement rot until he wakes up or keels over.

What a bunch of haters here. God forbid any of you ever struggle with an addiction. Ever hear the phrase money can't buy happiness? Case in point. My wish for Jason and all of those dealing with addiction is success in sobriety. Go back to Dr. Drew, Jason. He is on your side. Don't listen to the a**sholes of the world.

Jason is at a treatment facility already in Costa Mesa I have heard. NTS is the rumor. They are notorious for patients relapsing. Then again so are most of the large rehabs in Orange County.

DR DREW CAN ONLY SOBER THEM UP. HE KNEW JASON WAS READY TO SELF DESTRUCT, EVEN BEFORE HE FINISHED REHAB. JASON HAS MANY DEMONS AND TOO BAD MONEY IS SO EASILY AVAILABLE TO HIM. AS LONG AS HE CAN AFFORD THE DRUGS AND ALCOHOL, HE DOESN'T HAVE A CHANCE IN HELL OF STAYING SOBER. DR DREW DID NOT FAIL JASON, JASON FAILED HIMSELF. HE WAS OBNOXIOUS AND HAD AN ATTITUDE RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING. IT NEVER REALLY CHANGED THRU OUT THE SHOW AND THERIN LIES THE PROBLEM. NO ONE CAN HELP HIM. HE HAS TO HELP HIMSELF. GOOD LUCK JASON, YOU REALLY NEED IT.
