Ok, if that is the look I was going for and at 17, I more or less was (put a teeny leather skirt over it and make the hair black and that was me in 1987) - I would NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER be caught dead at a Bieber premiere. I'm a normal 40 year old corporate studio drone now and I would NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER be caught dead at anything Beiber. I've got a rep to protect.

She's a child. Her idea of dressing to go out is completely inappropriate. It's a concert, not a Halloween party for which it would still be inappropriate at her age. I don't suppose her parents have much control in this situation which is sad for her and for them.
