Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman have reached a divorce settlement that was filed with the court ... TMZ has learned.
Sources tell us they will share joint custody of their son, Max, though the legal papers -- filed with the court Wednesday -- don't specify the terms of custody.
As for dividing up the goodies, as TMZ first reported, the couple had a prenup, but sources connected with Jordan tell us he got a little somethin' extra as part of the settlement.
As for what Christina got ... Jordan, who is repped by attorney Bruce Clemens, has FINALLY moved out of the house. Chrissy Christina, her new boyfriend Matt Rutler, and Jordan have all been living under the same roof. Jordan officially left a few days ago.
Although disso-queen Laura Wasser, who reps Christina, filed the final divorce papers Wednesday, the divorce won't be final until 6 months from the date it was originally filed ... so they will officially be single on April 15.

I think that Jordan Bratman is likely a smart man and a caring dad. The reason why he was living in the same house so long after they broke up, is that moving out can seriously, negatively impact a man's custody claims. He was sticking around until custody was agreed. His lawyer clearly gave him good advice and he stuck with it. Well done to him.

Christina is such a whore. I cannot believe she already has the new boyfriend living in her home. What a horrible example to set for her son. Sadly, he will now probably grow up with the same F'ud view of relationships that she has. And what is wrong with Jordan? Why did he not file for FULL custody after seeing her shacking up with this new guy that she barely knows? While he's still living in the house nonetheless!! Christina is done, she's fat and tacky and a whore.

She is the oldest looking 30 year old these days. She looks really bad with that bleached blond hair and fake boobs. Shame on her for putting her own needs above her child by bringing another man into her home when the ink isn't even dry on her divorce papers. I am sure years from now her son will be screwed up and we will know why because he had a selfish mother. Her focus should be on her career and making sure her child is okay following the split, not hooking up with some loser she just met.
