Robert Blake Kicked Out of Memorabilia Show

2/13/2011 7:00 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Robert Blake was escorted out of a hotel by security this afternoon after he got into a disagreement with the organizers of an event he was featured at.

Blake was supposed to sign autographs at something called The Hollywood Show at the Burbank Airport Marriott Hotel & Convention Center over the weekend. Kevin Martin, co-owner of The Hollywood Show, tells us Blake was "being a diva" yesterday and complaining the line at his table was too short. Blake eventually left early.

Martin says Blake then showed up several hours late today and told the organizers of the event to make an announcement saying he would sign autographs for free. Martin says Robert became unruly yet again and was asked to leave. Martin says security escorted him out of the hotel.

But then, according to Martin, Blake began signing autographs for fans in the parking lot, which didn't sit well with the organizers -- so they had security order him off the property.

No one was murdered.

UPDATE: We got our hands on video from inside the show (see above). You can hear Blake apologize to fans for yesterday, mostly to applause, though some were still upset. The video cuts ... and Blake is telling people he's been asked to leave and security is there to escort him out. You can also see Blake trying to sign some autographs in the parking lot, but then he's asked to leave again.

He was great in the 1946 movie, "The Horn Blows At Midnight", as Junior Puplinski. He ran a scam on Jack Benny.

#9 (Mary Ann)...I thought the exact same thing. The line is short because nobody wants your autograph dumbass, as well as, they are afraid they maybe shot in the process. Wow, he is clueless!

Robert Blake is as "misunderstood" with the death of his wife as Lindsay Lohan is with the theft of the fur coat and the necklace.

In Plain Sight

Robert Blake put more of his personality in his Baretta persona than do most actors today. True to form, he would much rather give his fans autographs than be required to charge as per the owner's mandates. The video clearly shows Robert Blake was NOT being a diva - where DO they see that??? and secondly... unruly? No evidence of that on tape either.

For those folks who would presume him guilty of murdering that golddigger that feigned love for him and the fake desire of building a family with him I would remind that 1) more than one guy and a few women have killed for a lot less reason than overhearing their spouse laughing on the phone to a friend about how she's gotten away with taking him for all he's worth - and I'm NOT advocating murder... just pointing out that he's no different than a lot of people AND 2)you as well as he deserve to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law - and not only was he presumed innocent, he was found to be innocent. Does this mean I foolishly say he didn't commit murder? No! I'm no fool to think the legal system has failed us at times. But we do have to respect the legal system and honor its findings, good or bad.

Hey Robert... much love to ya! (but go to confession, just in case lol)

@Adam

Hey Adam, the guy with the whiney voice is (I think) the event owner who accuses Robert Blake of being a diva. (Think the owner is the one with the "diva" issues!)

and...

slight correction of my post above, meant to say that I'm no fool to think that the legal system has NEVER failed us... of course it has at times. But we still must honor the results, good or bad.

@Plain Sight....you're a jack a**. Blake was found guilty in a civil trial of her murder. Was she a psycho gold digger? Sure, does that mean he can shoot her? No.

So "honor" the results of that trial. He needs to pay the judgement as required by law. BTW you're still a jack a** Change your name to "Star Struck Brain Washed Sheep."
