wow, the hate on this board is just ridiculous. I have been on these boards since his death and they have gone from one extreme to the exact opposite. but the one thing that hasn't changed is the L.O.V.E. for this man. That will never change no matter what is said.
About this project, I am glad to see Sony wanting fans input on this and thru it all there maybe something good come out of it.
But in reality, the magic is gone. Michael made those videos of his come to life, and when you do not have the main character, the gold magic at the end will not be there. That final magic touch will not be put on them. His creativity in his videos and on the stage was just spectacular. And will not be able to be matched whatever sony tries to pull out of the bag.

What I don't understand is why the vicious haters take their time to come onto every article on Michael if they are not also fascinated by him. Sony has got some nerve! We--the fans--are banned from posting on YouTube if we use music or video of Michael that Sony claims Intellectual Rights to... yet they want us to do just that to freely promote a song they should be doing themselves.
I LOVE the CD "Michael". That doesn't mean we should do Sony's job for them. They can pay to get rare video and photos of Michael that people all around the world possess. Like I said once before... that would cost Sony money and that would cut into their massive profits. But if Sony cared about Michael's legacy and image as a perfectionist, they could pay and use those videos and photos to creatively piece together and extraordinary music video for "Hollywood Tonight" and "Behind The Mask".
If Sony had taken better care of its star in the first place, none of this would be necessary.

I thinks its great that fans have a chance to help with this. Surely there is a fan out there that can think like MJ did and put those thoughts into a video. I understand that no one will ever have the power/thunder in there music, short films, and dance like MJ but surely there is someone who would make MJ proud.
