Both parents are a mess, but Charlie is the bigger mess right at this moment. At least Brooke is doing rehab. They shouldn't allow the kids back until he stabilizes.

they keep slamming each other. cps should take the kids..period..as each of them are addicts, and will never ever be clean and sober. those 2 babies need a stable living environment...not with prostitutes, and not with her mother...either way they are around their drug addicted, and alcohol addicted, rageful parent, one at a time, plus in the crossfire. is he paying off cps too??? yes, he paid off brooke, but, now she is scared, due to what he was bringing to court on her, plus, she and her attorneys were insisting on drug tests for the goddesses. what a tragic situation for the kids...and, it will never change. ever..charlie needs to be treated for bipolar...i dont know about brooke, but, they both may likely have a psychiatric disorder that they are self medicating...time bombs...no 2 kids...who cares, but they have them.
