Charlie is like an automobile accident. We don't really want to watch, but we just can't look away.

It is sad. A true tragedy for his family and friends.

He's not high, not at that moment, he coming down, he's tired, probably been up all night, between whatever he's doing and the obvious stress he has now that he's lost his job, both things will wear on him. He's been doing whatever he's been doing for a while, his face shows it, the thin face, the rocking, the constant moving. That happens when they are coming down...They can't stay still because their body is full of toxins...If he was high, he'd be the opposite of the way he's acting there.

Has anyone considered all this might be the same kind of thing Joaquin Phoenix did in I'm Still Here just a lot bigger if it is best he might hope for after this is a 5 year long break in a far of land and come back and do a small B-movie or 2 worst case i guess has already been said obits at the ready

Dear Charlie,1st your job, then your family,then your friends,then your employees,then your money,then your sanity.Stop the ride....you need to get off.You may think of AA as brain washing or "loserville",but the facts have been writen and you are following those facts listed above.The progression of losing not winning.Your human, not above the rest of us. If you think this through.....the reason why those around you are around you.You are not the puppet master,but beginning to be the puppet. We all lie in the inbetween until good or bad happens. Someday SOON, all the hangers on, including the goddesses, will be at the breakfast table ransacking his freezer for Eggos, when someone will notice he isn't there. First of all, no one can replace Charlie on Two and a half Men. He is a little weirded out right now, but is he really any different than other stars?
