How can people honestly think this trial is gonna end in anything but a mistrial?

It's gonna be a 3-ring circus with MJ supporters and Conrad supporters all going at each other outside the court and the whole thing will become a massively over-blown event. But really people the world has more important issues then the fact MJ was stupid enough to let Conrad give him drugs that were meant for HOSPITAL use only.

So in conclusion, Conrad should be guilty for improper use of meds resulting in manslaughter, and Michael... well everyone should have realized he was bat**** crazy long before this and should stop acting all shocked and rigtheous about the fact he was a massive drug addict.

@46 - yes I agree, Michael received demonic treatment at the hands of everyone. Handcuffed when arrested in 2004, bail set at 5 mil; what's Murray's? $75,000? Disgusting. Why isn't Murray home hiding his face rather than parading all over LA with his "bodyguard"? But he's not the only one culpable; AEG, Phillips, Anschutz, Colony Capital, Barrack, all bear responsibility for creating the engine that pushed hard on Michael, threatening to take his assets with that bogus concert tour contract; when Branca appeared on the scene they had to cover their butts quickly, before he saw that larcenous contract Michael was coerced into signing. But let's not take our eyes of Murray as the trial nears; only drug in MJ was the propofol which Murray put there. Did MJ receive celebrity special treatment? That question doesn't belong on the questionnaire.

Good luck finding one single person who has not heard about Michael Jackson, Conrad Murray, and the cir***stances in regards to this trial. Michael Jackson was a worldwide celebrity. Remember with the news of his death the internet was going crazy nearly shutting down some sites. People are going to have opinions about Conrad Murray and Michael Jackson no matter what I think good or bad. This is going to be a difficult talk to find people with no opinions. Even though my opinion does not really count since I am not going to be selected for the jury. Murray is guilty just for the following facts:
1) he omitted the use of Propofol form the UCLA doctors and Paramedics
2) He 'cleaned up" the bedroom before calling 911
3) He told the insurance company the day of Michael death that Michaels health was fantastic then a year after Michaels death he said he was sick and weak.
4)He administered a drug that should only be used in a hospital setting at a home.
5) He was not using proper monitoring system when he had no nurse or aid to monitor his only patient while he left the room.
6) he said that he was trying to ween Michael off of the Propofol when he ordered over a dozen boxes of the drug for use on his only patient.
I can go on and on about it. I just hope that at the end of this trial justice will finally be served and Michael Jackson can finally rest in peace. And his family can get closure.

Would love to be at that trial. One for the history books. Just really hope some good comes out this whole mess.

It's pretty apparent that strictor laws regulating Propofol usasge and the use of Personal Doctors is gravely needed. It's just too bad that it took a death of this magnitude to bring it to light.

FUNNY!!!

murray has a right to a fair jury just like mj got to pick a biased jury to aquit him of his charges that he really did commit.

Posted at 3:23 PM on Apr 10, 2011 by jim

Fact is, it was a very "conservative" jury. Most reckoned it would be bad for Michael. They aquitted him. On all counts. There.

Don't waste your breath Siggi - nothing ever changes on these boards. People are going to believe what they will and no matter how much factual evidence is given to them; they will not change their minds. Just human nature I guess or stupidity, maybe both.

Why does it have to be stupidity? Can someone not have an opposing view?

Posted at 12:29 PM on Apr 11, 2011 by ric

Yup, you are right. That was not fair of me to say. I guess I just get frustrated when some of the so-called opposing views are stated in an inappropriate manner.
