My heart breaks for the poor kids. To have two messed up and self-centered parents, it's so sad! I wonder if they care at all what they are doing to their kids?? I hope the kids are taken away from them, they don't deserve them.

Please give the kids to Emilio. Brooke's mom is in denial of her daughter's drug problem and she is most likely an enabler and a drug addict herself.

I hope the twins stay with her mom; it's really sad though that neither parent can be clean or responsible.

JS...We are all responsible for our lives and the choices we make. Has nothing to do with any gender. I don't judge her either. She obviously has an addiction problem and needs to get help. I only hope the best for her and Charlie as well. Those kids deserve the best from both of their parents. Addiction is an insideous thing and a disease. What is more important to these folks...their drugs or their kids. They have to make the choice to get help and stay drug free for the rest of their lives for those babies or lose them.

I am damn tired of hearing about people constantly making the wrong decisions and then getting bailed out by attorneys or people claiming they need a second chance.

GAME OVER IDIOTS! You only learn from your mistakes and only if you get punished for them. No one is responsible for their actions anymore and either the tax payers have to bail out baby pooping machines on welfare or someone else forces really responsible people to pay for them.

He slipped up and bragged about - I mean mentioned - the two hour warning in the Toronto show last night. Was Tweeted and in reviews. No wonder he had time to get his lawyer to the house before the police showed up.

Should this woman really LOSE her children because she dropped off her children with their GRANDMOTHER and left for a few days?? Even if she smoked crack every breathing minute she was gone, it does not constitute having her children taken away!!!
