Charlie Sheen's dream of turning his Beverly Hills mansion into a porn house could come true -- TMZ has learned a MAJOR porn company has made an official CASH offer on the place. 
Sources connected to the deal tell us ... the bigwigs at YouPorn.com approached Sheen's realtor with an offer to buy the place for $4.5 million in cash .... WAY lower than Sheen's listing price, $7.2 mil.
We're told the YouPorn people have told Sheen's people they hope to fulfill Sheen's dream of moving in several porn stars to live at the mansion. The YouPorn peeps told the realtor if Sheen accepts the deal, he can hang out at the porno compound as much as he wants.
So far, we're told Sheen has not made a decision on the offer.

He's gone from $2 million per episode, so much that he didn't know how to spend it all, down to selling his house for half-price as a porn film set? Is he that broke, with all the child support payments, or something? Jeez...! What happened to "Winning"?
I actually find it quite bizzare how many people are jumping on the "oh how the mighty have fallen" bandwagon. It doesn't say much about humanity. Mr Sheen is going to pay in spades over the coming years for his indiscretions: all those rants, those quotes that his children will read (and his adult daughter almost certainly already has), the charges, the photographs, the health consequences ... This man will certainly reap what he's sowed as we all do for our mistakes. I'm just not sure why people are delighting so much in that. He's no different in that regard to anyone else. I would hope for his sake, for his childrens' sake, he's selling up to get a fresh start elsewhere. Stories like this and the prvious "it's for sale" story are just so salacious and demeaning, they bring out the worst in people by highlighting others' inadequacies and failures. It can't be a good thing for anyone.
From $2 million dollars an episode for a television series to selling his house because he's broke. Charlie, you're a cautionary tale. Have a feeling Ashton appreciates it more.

It's sad the way his life is right now. The only people making offers to him for jobs and his home are companies related to sex and porn. This guy needs to hire a publicist and clean up his image fast unless he will find it hard to get a real gig and end up broke.
