Kelsey Grammer -- 'What You're Reading Is Bulls**t'

6/13/2011 12:40 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Kelsey Grammer is BLASTING reports that he's picking one child over the other in his nasty custody battle with Camille Grammer ... telling a NY photog, "What you're reading ... is bulls**t."

Problem is ... it's not all bulls**t. TMZ published a recent letter from Kelsey's lawyer to Camille's lawyer -- in which Kelsey proposes taking primary custody of their son ... while Camille takes primary custody of their daughter.

Camille rejected the proposal -- and the battle continues.

There is a difference between primary custody and physical custody. Many couples split primary custody of children for tax purposes. Then each person can claim one child on their taxes. Physical custody is who has "physical posession" of the child, with visiting rights for the other.

I like Kelsey. No matter how nutty he can be, Camille is just as bad and phony to boot. Let their lawyers work out their custody issues. They're not the first celebrity couple to fight over kids and money and they won't be the last.

You think Weiner is a creep, Kelsey redefines the definition of creep. Child custody, he should get supervised visits. His whole goal here is to reduce the amount of child custody payments he is required to make. He will have one of his daughters or new wife take care of them (put them on the payroll). He is very shrewd when it come to money and art. I think he loves his art collection more than himself.
