Soulja Boy

Army-Bashing Song

WON'T Be On My New Album

9/7/2011 1:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Soulja Boy and his management team are SCRAMBLING to remove all traces of the rapper's army-bashing song from the Internet -- and they swear ... it won't come anywhere near Soulja's new album.

A rep for Soulja's management team, Debby Coda, tells TMZ, both the rapper's management and his record label have been working nonstop since Friday to take the video down off the Internet.

Debby tells us, the song "Let's Be Real" was hastily and foolishly posted to the Internet -- and was never approved for any album, including his upcoming "Respect My Hustle."

Debby insists, the song will never be available for purchase.

We're told Soulja is willing to do whatever he can to make up for the song -- which contains the lyric "f**k all the army troops" -- including free shows for the military, and meet-and-greet sessions.

As we previously reported, Soulja has apologized for the song, blogging, "I Am Deeply Sorry To All Members Of The United States Military Services And Their Families."

i'm sorry but who would really want to meet him, i can seriously say that i bet there's a 0% fan base of Soulja Boy in the military. What kind of insight would you even get from a meet n greet with him, he would probably show you how many video games he has, his custom xboxes, and pictures of stupid crap that he bought that nobody cares about, and that's about it. No one's going to buy his cd anyways, so the whole "banning his cd from army stores" was not need considering it's going to tank anyways.

Don't know who this guy is but who cares??? Heard the little bit of his "music" you played and that was the worst piece of crap I have ever heard...does anyone really care what this loser thinks?? He is not tough enough to be in the military.

Still a punk beyotch. Trying to protect his millions. If it's on the internet, it's there permanently. It'll pop up somewhere.

You can "erase" the song from the internet, you can remove it from your new album, you can say it was a "hastily made decision" and all the other excuses you want to give to the public, but the FACT remains, YOU SANG THE SONG. And that means you're STILL a piece of America hating sh*t.

so maybe his punk ass should put on a uniform and go fight to protect all of us. I hope a soldier kicks your ass while the many widows of our soldiers watch and cheer. By the way, if your so unhappy with our country may i suggest MOVING THE **** OUT OF IT. Remember it's a free country, you have the right to LEAVE!!

Also if he's so concerned about funding education maybe he needs to stop buying fancy cars and jewelry and donate that money to our schools.

So this guy has to beg for forgivness and isn't allowed to have his own opinion - but the Westboro Baptist Church is allowed to spread their hate messages around the world through Freedom of Speech? The USA is ****** up. YOU are what is tearing this planet apart.
**********************
The difference between Soulja Boy and Westboro is S.B's free speech is for profit and Westboro's is to advertise ignorance with prejudice.

This Military family has no desire to go to a show and to meet you. You not only soiled your name but the name of the United States of America and ALL her Military members. However, if you would like to come to stay at our house for a weekend, we can straighen out your thinking on exactly WHO is providing you with the freedom to spew such hatred in a public setting and make money from it. And you will leave here with respect for friends, neighbors AND strangers.

Does he really think this makes up for it? Seriously? Sorry dude, it's just a little to late to be doing damage control now. The apology, the pulling the song AFTER it came out. Unacceptable!! If you really people to see how sorry you are try giving a little money to the Vet's, Wounded Warrior's, lend a helping hand to a base or family with a deployed soldier or even adopt a deployed unit, help out a VFW... something. A simple apology and pulling the song will NOT make up for it, period.

Such a pathetic coward he is, and I would have no problem telling it to his face. Because when I say something I mean it, and I will always stick by what I say.

I find it somewhat unsettling that the military gets its feelings hurt so easily.
