Manny Ramirez

Snagged By Cops Days Before

Domestic Violence Arrest

10/2/2011 5:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Manny Ramirez
Manny Ramirez's arrest for allegedly slapping his wife wasn't his only run-in with cops this month ... 4 days earlier he was pulled over for speeding

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Manny was popped by the Florida Highway Patrol,  who pulled him over for speeding in his Porsche. We're told cops didn't write a ticket for speeding  ... but did ticket him for failing to provide proof of registration.

Manny has until October 12 to ante up his registration, and if he does he'll only pay a $10 fine.

As for his domestic violence case ... it won't go away that easy.

But the rules don't apply to Manny, he's a star ... just ask him. Fact is he's a washed up star and folks aren't putting up with his crap any longer. Expect a whole lot more of his tantrums .. he'd rather be the center of bad attention than to not get any attention at all!

Players from the Dominican Republic looked up too long to bums like he and Sammy Sosa---liar, laughers and loafers. Please MLB, stop bringing the underprivledeg from a Country that takes advantage of the opportunies here with their lying, laughing, a loafing. Start giving the underprivledeged of our own Country an opportunity at Americas Game. MLB invests in baseball factories in the DR that borders on child labor law violation. Minority kids here arent getting a fair shake to play the game. Enough of the DR experiment since louts like him (even though went to high school here) turn out to be frauds.
