Dr. Conrad Murray's Lawyer

MJ Had Plenty of Time

To Kill Himself

Dr. Conrad Murray
's attorneys are trying to change doctor's story, trying to convince jurors that Michael Jackson had way more than 2 minutes to self-administer the fatal dose of Propofol.

Murray's attorney J. Michael Flanagan suggested in court today -- perhaps the 2-minute window Murray described in his infamous police interview wasn't so accurate.  Murray told cops he left to pee, and when he came back Michael wasn't breathing.

The problem with Murray's statement -- it's improbable that during the 2-minute window, MJ woke up, grabbed the Propofol and shot it into the port in his leg.

So ... during his cross-examination of cardiologist Alon Steinberg, Flanagan said ... "Let's assume Dr. Murray was gone for a period of time longer than two minutes ... maybe it was ten ... fifteen ... twenty ... what is it about [MJ] that makes him savable?"

Here's the reality. In the hour before Murray began resuscitating MJ, Murray was on the phone for around 45 minutes.  As we've previously reported, cops never believed Murray was out of the room for only 2 minutes.  They think he left to make his calls.  Apparently, this theory is also palatable to the defense, because it gives MJ time to awaken and inject.

The question -- will the jury buy the new version?

This article is the reason why Dr. Murray should take the stand. I'd like to hear what his newly revised testimony is going to be from HIS MOUTH.

Problem with this??? the 2 minute drill is the only time "Murray" claimed he left michael alone. The police can't change it now to help their good buddy murray. Then again they never placed murray under arrest. It's a clever way to project the possibility that MJ committed suicide "and" show allegiance to the culprits by claimiing they don't believe murray's story.....this is too easy....

If murray was on the phone for 45 minutes or longer, he never ever claimed to have left michael alone. Regardless of what the police (oh my lawd!) believe, murray never claimed to have left michael alone other than for "two minutes"
Now that their lies and round table "try-it-on-for-size" options are down to the bottom of barrel, they've stooped to "the cops never believed' as a defence????

Who gives a ratz what the police believe? They never arrested murray. They never recovered any surveillance from the Staples Center or Holmby Hills. Yet, they've escorted/protected Murray to and from court. Murray killed a man, and he enters a courtroom without handcuffs or shackles. Who gives a Giant Ratz, about the beliefs of the LAPD?

It's amusing how the defence and culpritz really have no defence. Just make up theories as the fans on a gossip site continue to call'em out about their crotchety none existent defence strategy. It's a disgrace to the profession to even call what they're doing a defence strategy...

btw:I guess they'll change the affidavit to match the beliefs of the police now.....better yet do a voice over of murray's actual statements and claim it was not murray's voice on the first released recording........I mean why not?......what's going to stop them from having their lying azz day in the sun?.....they've got everything wrapped up...across the board media control, police and the judicial system in their back pockets......

confusion is of the devil.......pray it off fanbase...pray their consciences will eat them all alive!

pray all of them down to the ground........it's working. the defence is pitiful.

Full Grown college educated practicing attorneys...well after two years...all they have is a bunch of non stop "flight of ideas" aka to defend a murderer.

Dose Of Reality

All the defense needs is the slightest bit of reasonable doubt so they must play a different game then the prosecution. This tactic is used in all 3% of these trails that actually see a jury and really favors the defendant. It does not mean innocence, and many people, especially rich and famous ones, rarely get more than a slap on the wrist.
The defense still has to present their side.

I'm not defending Murray but I want all the little brained stuper fans to declare Murray's complete and total innocence and refute all evidence if he is acquitted because that is the logic they live by. It doesn't matter if evidence is thrown out for stupid reasons and is obviously true, there's a clerical error, or the prosecution is paid off. Acquittal in their eyes complete and total innocence no matter what happened.
Wow, that seems a bit ridiculous huh? Oh well, their rules.
I always want the guilty to suffer the full extent of the law.
Many guilty people, who's names are familiar to you have never been brought to trial or have been acquitted, that doesn't mean innocence. Adolph Hitler, Pol Pot, Jim Jones, OJ Simpson, Casey Anthony on and on are, by their rules innocent. Their logic, not mine.

Your hero is dead. If you want to blame his issues on his fame, blame his fans. If you want to blame the Dr., blame the person that chose him and knew what he was doing as well. No one snuck in his window against his will and killed him.

Your hero was never going to be there for you. He was never going to save you from your wretched life. Get over it or spend your nights listening to thriller and crying as you masturbate to the thought of a man that never was who you wished him to be.

If the evidence proves murray is innocent the fans will love michael and leave murray alone. Don't hold your breath thinking the fans are going to toot murray's horn. That's your job. If murray had a human heart he never would have killed michael. Everything Murray does and says convicts him. If murray cannot prove someone else with more to lose or gain than himself, he has no way out.
Murray can rest assured that you'll be the lone looser cheering him on....,,,,,,,,nagging the fans to support Murray no matter which way the wind blows!!!

What a louse you've become on this website!.....

Dr. Alon S is HOT! He can kick-start my heart any time!!!

I don't think there was any pulse or blood pressure in MJ when Dr. Murray returned from his 2 minute to hour sabbatical to the john. Nobody believes he was gone for 2 minutes, so why should we believe there was really a heart beat or a pulse. I mean, Dr. Murray himself admitted to doing chest compressions which Dr. Alon S. says weren't necessary b/c he had a blood pressure, right!?

bnb....you claim to want the guilty to pay but you seem to rejoice in the fact that the guilty may go free in this case. It is true, something stupid might be enough for reasonable doubt. However, There is no reasonable doubt that this man should not have supplied and administered propofol. If he goes free it is a travesty, rejoice if you want, but why do you think its funny for his fans if murray doesn't gets off if it's really only justice that you want?

by the way, all though i am not a fanatic who worships him on a personal level, i do love his music and brilliance, it is obvious that of all the stars out there, michael jackson loved his fans, he thrived on their admiration and adoration, it was probably the only true love he felt. Some of them might be slightly nutty but that man appreciated them and had more hands on contact with fans than any other super star ive ever seen.

So you are wrong, and all his fanatics know it, so your rant is pointless. Jackson was on star who loved his fans as much as they loved him.

crawl back in your hole bnb...there is nothing more pathetic than someone who rejoices in anothers death or has nothing better to do than try to antagonate others. Most are here because they respected jackson and have genuine interest in the case, you are here because you are insignificant in the real world and can only get attention by wanking over your own inane and redundant comments thinking you have really upset someone. Poor you...now shut the f*ck up.

Everything ConRAT has said has been a lie and contradiction. Even the Jackson family said he lied about his relationship with PPB. What is wrong with this man, he's so guilty it's pathetic...he didn't even know how to do CPR correctly and he shouldn't have been doing CPR. Yes, I too blame Michael. I don't know why and how this all happened. MJ wasn't doing this to get high, he just frickin' wanted to SLEEP. That's the sad thing about all this, he hired a damn doctor to just help him sleep. This is all so sad. RIP, sweet soul...Michael Jackson!

You don't buy the self-injection idea? How about MJ phoned a Gypsy woman he knew who did voodoo and could make people sleep? Forty-five minutes was enough for her to drive across town and put Michael into a spell, but it was too strong. Don't like that? How about...

Yep! Typical ...Defence now switching to new theory because first one took a nose-dive and crash-landed.

However, with this new theory, they STILL forget that NONE of Michael Jackson's fingerprints were found on ANY-thing ...Unless Michael had is own pair of latex gloves hidden under the mattress - Woke up drowsed to the hilt and managed to put them on - (No FINGERPRINTS, remember)- then, swallows approx 8 pills, either before or after sorting out topping up the propofol - took the latex gloves off, and lay back down .............NOT!!!

The Reason Michael Jackson's Autopsy Photo Was Shown To JurorsThe Reason Michael Jackson's Autopsy Photo Was Shown To Jurors

The autopsy photo of Michael Jackson that was shown in court on Tuesday at Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial evoked tears and gasps from audience members in attendance, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned why it was used.

"The defense has witnesses that are going to testify that Michael Jackson's bones were protruding, and that he looked very, very sick. Remember the paramedic told jurors that when they first arrived at Michael Jackson's bedroom, they thought he was a hospice patient. The photo had to be shown to jurors to show Michael Jackson's physical state. The Jackson family was warned before the photo was shown, and Katherine Jackson left without seeing the photo," a law enforcement source tells RadarOnline.com.

RadarOnline.com has chosen not to publish Michael Jackson's autopsy photograph. "Showing an autopsy photo is never taken lightly. It can be gruesome, but there is always a very specific reason why it's shown. This wasn't done for shock value, as some pundits have declared," the insider says.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the D.A. is expected to rest their case this week; the defense will then begin presenting its case.
