The case against Dr. Conrad Murray is impressive -- but Harvey and Jason aren't convinced it's iron clad ... because prosecutors missed one crucial point.

Plus, was Lindsay Lohan hiding something under that hideous makeup in court yesterday? Dr. Rey thinks he knows what it is ... and what it isn't.

(1:00) Lindsay Lohan lied to us ... surprised?
(3:31) TMZ was right ... we knew that Judge Stephanie Sautner was going to revoke Lindsay's probation.
(7:27) Lindsay has proved time and time again that she is going to do what she wants no matter what promises she makes.
(14:00) A Sheriff shouldn't go on Good Day LA and talk about celebrity defendants ... they should come onto TMZ Live and talk about them!

(29:51) The prosecution now rests it's case in People vs. Conrad Murray.

most addicts expecting to go to jail will get as messed up as possible before hand. the make up can be her attempt to hide her high while in court, to draw the attention from her red, glassy eyes to the terrible make up.

Sadly, people become addicted to prescription medications all the time. If that bloke on the left had a relative who was unfortunate enough to become addicted to a prescription medicine, would he be going around calling that relative a 'drug addict'? No, I very much doubt it. But because this is Michael Jackson, he uses every opportunity to lable him a 'drug addict' as if he spent every night injecting himself with heroin or something. GIVE IT UP! You're boring and self obssessed and not convincing anyone with your slanderous diatribe.

Also, Harvey - or whatever your name is, before you start banging on about other people's apparent flaws, you might want to look at your own. You are so conceited and so full of your own self importance that the other guy couldn't get a word in edgeways. You are probably one of the most odious characters I've ever come across!

Defense cannot argue that Murray was not negligent in this case in his care of Michael Jackson....PERIOD! He, as a doctor, did make a decision to care for Michael Jackson. He acted on greed because in order to keep his JOB, he wanted to keep his employer happy. Once MJ requested Propofol, he should have cut ties right there. End of story. In no way shape or form should he have given MJ that drug. Sedatives, okay, but a strong drug like that...no way. But he acted on greed.
