Jerry Sandusky

New Accuser in Sex Scandal

Reveals Horrifying Allegations

11/30/2011 8:15 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

More disturbing allegations in the Jerry Sandusky scandal -- now, a 30-year-old man has filed a lawsuit against the former Penn St. coach for sexually abusing him more than 100 times when he was a kid.

The accuser -- who is only being identified as 'John Doe' -- is NOT one of the 8 victims listed in the grand jury report that rocked Penn State -- but his story seems to fall in line with the rest of the allegations.

According to John Doe's lawyers, the alleged victim claims he met Sandusky through the Second Mile charity when he was 10-years-old ... and was abused by the coach more than 100 times between 1992 and 1996.

Doe claims the abuse occurred in multiple locations -- including the Penn State locker room, the Sandusky home, and also during a road trip to a bowl game.

8:30 AM PST -- The accuser has released a statement about the suit ... saying, "I don’t want other kids to be hurt and abused by Jerry Sandusky or anybody like Penn State to allow people like him to do it—rape kids!"

He adds, "I never told anybody what he did to me over 100 times at all kinds of places until the newspapers reported that he had abused other kids and the people at Penn State and Second Mile didn’t do the things they should have to protect me and the other kids."

John Doe says he hopes his lawsuit will encourage other victims to come forward and "get help and help protect others in the future."

Add this to the two new open investigations of Sandusky molesting boys that are currently minors. The number of victims will no doubt increase given the amount of access Sandusky created for himself (with the help of Penn State football staff) to vulnerable youth.

Sandusky should do the right thing by putting a loaded 44 magnum in his mouth and pulling the trigger. Sandusky your life is basically worthless, do us all a favour and end it ASAP............

Good luck in prison, Sandusky. Child molesters are treated the WORST by the other inmates. Sometimes the child molesters are murdered in prison.

Good luck, Sandusky. Karma gonna get you real bad.

What get's me is all these people waited so so long before anything was said. Why now?? Seems a bit suspicious to me. If he did do those things he should be punished but if you get abused come forward when it happen's not wait for years!

knock, knock... it's the sound of a money opportunity... even though it was 20 years ago, i'll file a suit now, because others have, and I want to ensure I get a cut, too... sad... Jerry's not innocent at all, but some kids know at a young age what they want.

A few days after news of the tragedy broke, the media reported, “The school considered cancelling the [Nebraska] game but decided it would be unfair to players and fans, board member Linda Strumpf told Reuters.”

Unfortunately, the bigger point is being missed. Coaches and administrators need to be better deterred from covering for sports programs when the sexual innocence of children is at risk. Firings and jail time are not enough. Shutting down such sports programs adds a lot. No one wants to be responsible for such an outcome. Accordingly, the Penn State football program needs to be shut down for at least the same number of years that the allegations of sexual misconduct were covered up.

Over the years, a number of collegiate basketball and football programs have been shut down for multiple years for various combinations of academic fraud, point shaving scandals, and recruiting violations. Those situations pale in comparison to what happened with the Penn State football program.

Those poor boys will be forever haunted by what this so called "man" did to them. He's more of a monster and it saddens me that it's taken this long for it to come out. He deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison. Unfortunately due to his age now, that might not be that long.

I know someone who was repatedly sexually abused by a family member for years. It took him over 30 years to say anything and he only had the courage to admit it when his POS abuser was finally showen to be less than a pillar of the community. He didn't want money and never sued. Most of you have no idea at all how hard this is for them. Stop running your mouths, not everyone is motivated by the almighty dollar. I think my friend should have sued and I agree this guy should also sue.
