Gary Dourdan

BEST PLEA BARGAIN EVER!!!

1/12/2012 12:03 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

1108-gary-dourdan-ex-2
Gary Dourdan smashed in to 2 parked cars at 3:30 AM on June 13, 2010 ... he was arrested for possession of OxyContin ... yet today, Gary skated in court with a $100 fine.

Dourdan pled no contest to 1 count of disturbing the peace -- an infraction -- and in return the OxyContin possession charge was dismissed. Prosecutors also agreed to dismiss a separate charge of drug paraphernalia possession.

We're told the reason the L.A. City Attorney dropped the drug charge is because Gary completed 20 hours of Narcotics Anonymous.

@Simome
I know Al Sharpton can be a publicity hound but it was very important that he spoke out about the reckless and dangerous behavior of the cops involved in the Sean Bell tragedy.

Gary is just lucky he has one of the best criminal defense attorneys in LA representing him.

Ya know these judges that are so easy on the Bollywood's should be held accountable for letting them off so easy when they go out and repeat their offense especially if it entails an injury to another person.
I am so sick of this "preferential treatment" they get. It is a real slap!!!!

And any other Joe Blow out there would be in jail for this. I am sick of these star-struck judges letting these people skate. Its NOT justice.

There are now two groups of people. One has money or power or fame. They do not get incarcerated because it would be too much trouble to jail them. Having to keep them separate from the rest of the population would use up too many resources. The other is everyone else, no power, no money, no fame - those people can rot in prison because no one gives a **** about them.
Get used to it folks - this is the new America and we'[re all in the 99%

That's BS! He & Lohan are prime examples of California's "Celebrity Justice" at its finest!!

Proof positive that the LA judicial system sucks the celebrity c*ck. If I had driven my car into 2 other cars (destroying them) under the influence, and cops had discovered synthetic heroin on me, my ass would be in jail for years. Instead, gary douchebag (who was known to be a drug abuser & drunk on the CSI set) gets off with 1 day without milk & cookies. Some enterprising lawyer should sue the courts, regarding preferential treatment for celebutards...

There's no room in the jail for him anyway. There's no reason to threaten anyone with jail anymore.

We can only hope that Dourdan PLOWS into the Prosecutors family next time he's driving while whacked out of his mind.

Wow, that is lucky. His drug use is the reason why he was killed off CSI.
