Jennifer Aniston is about to become the proud owner of an estate you will never be able to afford ... TMZ has learned.
Sources tells us ... Jennifer has purchased an 8,500 square foot mansion in Bel Air. The asking price was $24 million, but we're told Jennifer got it for a bargain -- only $21 mil.
The Mid Century house has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and unobstructed city and ocean views. The estate is just shy of 2 acres ... and in Bel Air, that's HUGE. And get this ... it even has a vineyard!
Jennifer's realtor is Jade Mills from Coldwell Banker in Bev Hills. Mills is having a good month. She repped Avril Lavigne, who sold her $8.5 million mansion to L.A. Clippers star Chris Paul last week.
We're told Jennifer will officially get the title to her new pad tomorrow.

Stupid rich people. There is a house for sale down near Savannah, GA that has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a formal dining room and a humongous kitchen for$40,000, foreclosed price. I'd buy that if I was in the market for a different house, not something no one can afford.

This house looks about as warm and cozy as a refrigerator. What a waste of $21,000,000.
Just shows what kind of mindset she has. Way overindulgent and i'm sure she has an ego with a gigantic self entitlement attitude to match.
No wonder Brad Pitt could't get away from this nutcase quick enough. He even said he was miserable married to her in a recent magazine interview.

The house has a very cold, clinical appearance and feel. It's more like a modern hotel lobby than a warm inviting home at this point. Jen could have an interior designer warm it up, but that would be inconsistent with the architectural intent.
Aside from that, it looks like a really nice property. If her estate were commensurate with her talent, she's be living in a modest 2 bedroom in Modesto.
The interior looks very box-y. Don't really care for it even though it's WAY out of my price range.
