Kim K Hocked

BOGUS Shoes

The Skechers fitness shoes Kim Kardashian tried to convince you to buy don't actually work ... not even a little bit ... so says the federal government.

The Federal Trade Commission has determined Skechers made unfounded claims about its Shape-Ups shoes ... pushed by hot-bodied spokespeople like Kim K and Brooke Burke.

According to the FTC, Skechers lied about clinical studies which the company said proved the shoes help people lose weight and strengthen muscles in the ass, legs and stomach.

In fact, Skechers has agreed to pay $40 million in settlement costs ... and anyone who bought the shoes will be eligible for a refund.

Still, Skechers is reportedly disputing the FTC decision -- and plans to conduct more research on the effects of the shoe.

I really wish that the people who defend the Kardashians wouldn't. If you do you are hypocrites.
They threaten and attack people like they did to Kris Humphries trying to ruin his character or suing him, or when Joel McHale mad fun of Kim on Talk Soup, Mama Kris called to threaten him. mama makes sure that all the gossip columns highlight her brood everyday. They are making Ryan Seacrest's
monopoly and he even said they are like parents to him. I wouldn't mind seeing an item about them now and then but it's all about them every where every damn day. And i don't approve of deceit, or mafia like tactics to ensure their little empire. It seems that no one is allowed to have an opposing opinion. And people are okay with that?

Her family would sell their grandmother for money ! Why are they still in the media? Nobody gives a crap about them.

I bought numerous pairs of the Resistance Runner when they were only $26 on clearance. I had nothing but trouble with them and even got a direct exchange from Skechers and the same issues. The air in the sole would leak after about 2 months of use. Eventually the Skecher Shape-ups were sold for about $8 a pair at my military exchange. Piece of crap sneakers, but comfortable before they lose air from the sole.

Everything about her is fake, except her big fat ass. Her big fat ass is the only part of her that's real.

Shouldnt that be "hawked?" If she hocked them, she would have taken them to a pawn shop....

Wait, so wearing sneakers with an uneven sole won't make my fat flabby ass, calves and thighs look like a hot celebrity's? WTF? The people who got in on this class action should win and then lose their children, driver's licenses and jobs as they clearly are intellectually unfit for any of the above.
