I think he is the man whore who will sleep with anyone for whatever reason at the drop of a hat. He tried to make Kim look like she was trashy but it turns out his past is following him. Who knows what other diseases this guy has also? He could have chlamydia which is very common and asympotmatic in men but causes infertility in women. He could have yeast infections also. I wonder if any of that is related to Kim's excema. He could have crabs.
