Wilmer Valderrama
's a terrible boss who shortchanges his employees -- at least according to two people who worked on his new breakdance reality show.

Two drivers -- Thomas McNeal and James Martell -- filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming Wilmer hired them for the production of "King of the Floor" -- a webseries on YouTube about breakdancers.

According to the lawsuit, the drivers were told they'd be paid $25 an hour for the job -- which lasted upwards of 18 hours over the course of 2 days -- but they wound up with a pittance.

Now, they're suing Wilmer for allegedly violating labor laws -- and they want  $89,515 stat.

Calls to Wilmer were not returned.

One thig I like about Republicans, they would put a end to some of these frivolous lawsuits. They need to make the people who file these things pay all court costs and lawyer expenses if they lose the case and the jury finds them a waste of the courts time.

Does anyone know why this uneducated, greasy lowlife is wearing a snuggie? These girls who get dumped by their boyfriends then hook up on the rebound with him are as big of losers as he is. Wilmer just comes off as grasy and creepy

How does $900 equal $89,515?
18x25 = 450 x 2 = 900
The math doesn't work out.

Excuse me, but if you are saying they worked 18 hours @ $25 per hour, they are each owed $450. The total for both would be $900. Where did they get $89,000? Somebody's math is off.

Wait a minute. $25 an hr x 18 hrs = $450.00 each. $450.00 x 2 drivers = $900.00. I can see another $2,000.00 in BS STUFF. So that's $2,900.00. Where the heck is the other $86,100.00 comeing from. Can you say GOOD LAWYER OR DUMB AS* LAWYER?
