CBS Honcho

Angus Outburst Is NOTHING

Compared to Sheen's

breaking news

Damage control on Angus T. Jones' vitriolic outburst against "Two and a Half Men" was a walk in the park ... at least in comparison to Charlie Sheen's epic meltdown last year -- so says CBS honcho Les Moonves.

Moonves sat down with the Wallstreet Journal to discuss Angus' infamous YouTube video -- in which the 19-year-old calls "Two and a Half Men" filth and urges people not to watch it. Angus has since semi-apologized.

But no matter how big of a mess Angus made, nothing will ever compare to Sheen's legendary crusade against "Men" and its creator Chuck Lorre last year -- Moonves says, "I don’t think [the Angus situation has] been quite resolved, but after going through what we went through with Charlie Sheen, it’s been a piece of cake."

Still, Moonves says the network hasn't decided whether to fire Angus -- whom he referred to as “that kid on 'Two And A Half Men' who’s getting paid $300,000 per episode to talk bad about me.”

Charlie was fired from the show last March ... but bounced back after signing ANOTHER huge contract to star in "Anger Management."

What exactly is the "Wallstreet Journal?" Is it affiliated with the Wall Street Journal?

It's worse we expect Charlie to behave badly and be bluntly honest with us. He's pretty much been doing that his whole life. With Sheen what you see is what you get. That's why his fans aren't phased by his behavior.

Angus however is your typical Hollywood hypocrite leading a phony life with secrets and when they're exposed, you just can't take them seriously anymore! Especially when they're hypocritical ungrateful sh*ts like Angus. Eff him and Two and a Half Men. Show shoulda never lived past Charlie dying anyway. I've never watched an episode since the funeral, which was a terribly weak script. The show had already jumped the shark by then but was still worth watching with Sheen at the helm. Jumped shark = Alan walking around with a ventriloquy puppet on his hand the entire episode week after week, give me a break! If you have to resort to that gimmicky shtick you don' have an original script idea left in your head to save your life, eff off! TAHM needs to die already. Once great, not funny anymore.

"Not quite sure this has been resolved" means... we are going to cut his pay or give him a fine.

Bet he still goes to Charlie and makes money.

Well, unfortunately for CBS (and Warner Bros), "Two & A Half" has been headed toward its inevitable death knell for quite some time now. So, I'm not really sure that any of this matters much, anyway. A lot of people decided to "turn the channel", so to speak, after the first episode with Ashton K. had reached the credit scroll.
You'd think, . . . that with the income from "That 70's Show", Ashton K. could have afforded some acting lessons (at some point).
