Dylan Walsh

Ordered to Pay Ex-Wife

HALF Of 'Nip/Tuck' Money

12/25/2012 12:40 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Former "Nip/Tuck" star Dylan Walsh is officially divorced from his ex-wife -- but guy shoulda signed a pre-nup ... because the split's gonna cost him half of pretty much everything, including his "Nip/Tuck" money.

The divorce decree was signed by a judge last week -- and according to the divorce docs, Walsh agreed to pay his actress ex-wife Joanna Going half of his royalties from "Nip/Tuck," a couple movies, an "SVU" episode, and more.

Meanwhile, Going agreed to pay him half of her royalties from work she did during their marriage -- including acting work on random shows like "CSI," and "Criminal Minds."

Since Walsh made out with more than Going, Walsh also agreed to ante up an extra $118,376 to even out the spoils.

As for their 9-year-old daughter -- Walsh and Going have agreed to split legal custody.

Walsh -- who makes $93,000 per episode on his new show "Unforgettable" -- has agreed to pay roughly $4,300 from each paycheck in child support. Oh yeah, he also has to pay a boat load of spousal support until 2015.

Walsh filed for divorce in 2010. They got married in 2004.

The lesson -- sign a pre-nup.

I haven't thought about Joanna Going in a while. I kinda liked her and thought she would be a big star. Inventing the Abbotts was good. Splitting everything up 50-50 doesn't sound like a bad deal. Hope she does more work.

I'm going to tell you something about this story that is fact: not a damn thing here is true. First off, he was cheating on his wife Joanna Going and impregnated the mistress he was having an affair with, THAT is why they split up (never mind that he cheated during their whole marriage), he is a terrible father who ignores the 3 children he already has from his other wives, and lastly, don't think for one second she got that money in the divorce. She didn't cause there was barely any money to split cause he spent it all! Not a great guy, trust me.

Yes prenups do protect money during a marriage! Britney Spears is a good example! Still, what a bitch it's his money, not hers. If she wanted more money, she should earn it like he did.

Joanna Going is a famous succesful actress in her own right starring in Dark Shadow, Search for tomorrow and other tv series not to mention all of her guest starring tv work and stage work. she cut back on her career those 9 years because she was giving birth to and raising their two kids.

Too bad. It wasn't her acting her ass off and keeping people tuning in for 6 seasons.

All I want to know is if Dylan is a gay?

This cheating d-bag got what he deserved. Sorry that Joanna had to go through such an ordeal. At least she has a beautiful daughter and the comfort in knowing his butt-hole is going to pucker every time he writes that child support check.

Who says that getting married doesn't pay better than being a prostitute?

I wonder if this judgement was in Cali. I always hear of pretty ****ty judgements for the breadwinner in Cali. If you're a scorned wife, you want to file for a divorce in California. You will pretty much get anything you want.

Dylan Walsh, former star of Nip Tuck, has now divorced actress Joanna Going (of guest-star fame on shows such as CSI and Criminal Minds), and agreed to quite a hefty settlement. The two never signed a prenup and Going is now to receive half of Walsh’s royalties from the success of Nip Tuck, $118,376.00 to even the spilt, a “boat load” of spousal support until 2015, and $4,300.00 from each of his paychecks for child support. Going did have to split her royalties from guest starring roles, but that seems to be a small amount in an otherwise large pot. The parties were married for only 6 years.
