MJ's Ex-Housekeeper

Key Witness in Wade's

Molestation Lawsuit

EXCLUSIVE

The Neverland housekeeper who graphically described seeing Wade Robson naked in a shower with Michael Jackson ... will play a huge role in whether Robson wins a cent from MJ's Estate in his new civil lawsuit, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the case tell us Wade's lawyers are dissecting Blanca Francia's testimony during Jackson's 2005 molestation trial.

During the trial, Francia -- who worked at Neverland in the late '80s -- testified she witnessed Jackson showering naked with a 7 or 8-year-old Wade.

We obtained a transcript of the testimony in which Francia describes seeing Michael's underwear on the floor outside the shower, as well as Wade's child-sized neon green underwear.

She said she couldn't see what Michael was doing exactly because the shower door was fogged up, but said she heard him laughing.

Ultimately, Francia's testimony wasn't enough to sway the jury -- MJ was acquitted -- partly because Wade himself also testified, but insisted Michael never touched him.

TMZ broke the story ... Wade is planning to argue that MJ's companies -- MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures -- had a duty to protect him because they were involved in recruiting him from Australia to work with Michael.

According to sources, Wade wants to use Blanca's testimony to show Michael abused him as a child. We're told Wade's lawyers are also trying to contact her to see if she will cooperate in the new case.

MJ was a great entertainer but I learnt to separate between him as an entertainer and as a human. He was not much of a human, I don't remember him using his stardom to do good for charity, education,...etc. For our generation that lived during his time, we'll always defer on weather he abused children or not but for the coming generations, he'll be only remembered as a child molester.

Why?

WR has a very weak case. If a former house keeper is "the keywitness" and the same person testified i 2005 without being convincing , I don't believe WR will be able to win any charges against MJ.

If WR had letters from MJ or taped telephone conversations that prove the molestation... maybe I would begin to wonder - but first the authenticity of MJ's handwriting and voice had to be proven by experts...

This will never happen, and no one is going to buy the testimonial from the housekeeper.

Blanca Francia is a proven perjurer who stole from Neverland, got fired, then sold her stories to the tabloids for tens of thousands of dollars. She was countersued by Michael Jackson for libel/slander and was found guilty and ordered to pay him several million dollars restitution. I believe she eventually filed bankruptcy much like the other "Neverland Five" witnesses that were all found to have acted with malice. She will be DESTROYED on the stand if it makes it to trial.

IMO, Wade is LYING and possibly could be a puppet for AEG to slander MJ and distract from the Jackson v. AEG trial and to slander him so if AEG looses it might lower the award to the Jackson. The claim was not filed until opening statement in the AEG case and AEG did say "this would get ugly". HMMM! Blanca Francia was paid $20,000 for an interview with Diane Dimond on Hard Copy. She testified in court she never saw MJ do anything inappropriate. The reason the Jury found MJ innocent was there was NO evidence he harmed the Arvizos and the Family had a history of trying to extort money from celebrities and JC Penny's. Janet Arvizo was charged with Welfare Fraud. The Arvizo's did not stand up well to cross-examination, which most of the mainstream Media chose NOT to report. Macaulay Culkin also testified MJ never harmed him and he has never retracted that. Frank Casio has stated publicly MJ never harmed him as a child or others when he was at Neverland. Wade is looking for Money just like the other 2 that made accusations. IMO. Wade is on a YouTube Video saying he would be working for Cirque De Sole on the MJ tribute in 2011. Wade did not get the Job. Wade still praised MJ on a 2012 video after his supposed revelation. According to other reports Wade has not worked in a while. MONEY

Using the testimony of a PROVEN LIAR? Francia was shown to be a liar during the Arvizo trial. She was shown to sell her story for money. Francia was shown to have been fired for stealing. She was part of a group of disgruntled ex-employees--all shown to be liars in a court of law.

Jury hears differing versions of Jackson’s health from defense witnesses in 3rd week of trial

(Joel Ryan, File/ Associated Press ) - File - In this March 5, 2009 file photo, US singer Michael Jackson announces at a press conference that he is set to play ten live concerts at the London O2 Arena in July 2009. Jurors hearing Katherine Jackson’s lawsuit against AEG Live heard from a pair of defense witnesses who gave varying assessments of Jackson’s health as he rehearsed for the “This Is It” show. The testimony in a Los Angeles courtroom by choreographers Stacy Walker and Travis Payne on May 13-14, 2013, was the only evidence in the trial’s third week that focused on the pop superstar.

LOS ANGELES — A look at key moments this past week in the wrongful death trial in Los Angeles between Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, and concert giant AEG Live LLC, and what is expected at court in the week ahead:

THE CASE

.

Jackson’s mother wants a jury to determine that the promoter of Jackson’s planned comeback concerts didn’t properly investigate Dr. Conrad Murray, who a criminal jury convicted of involuntary manslaughter for Jackson’s June 2009 death. AEG’s attorney says the case is about personal choice, namely Jackson’s decision to have Murray serve as his doctor and give him doses of a powerful anesthetic as a sleep aid. Millions, possibly billions, of dollars are at stake.

WHAT HAPPENED

— Jurors heard from AEG Live’s first two witnesses, a pair of choreographers who worked on Jackson’s ill-fated “This Is It” shows. Stacy Walker told the panel she never saw any signs Jackson was impaired or ill during rehearsals. Her colleague Travis Payne, who rehearsed one-on-one with Jackson, acknowledged he couldn’t say how many times the pair actually rehearsed and said he was concerned the singer was under the influence of prescription medications in the weeks before his death.

— An AEG accounting executive testified about the budget for “This Is It,” which was planning on paying Murray up to $1.5 million for the first few months of the shows. The former cardiologist was never paid because Jackson died before signing his contract.

WHAT THE JURY SAW

— Payne shift from a composed, sometimes-smiling witness to one who fought back tears toward the end of his day-and-a-half of testimony. His devotion to Jackson was evident from his wardrobe, which included a black blazer with an emblem stitched onto each sleeve containing the letters “MJ” and golden wings.

— Lots of courthouse hallways and downtown Los Angeles. Friday’s session featured a four-hour lunch break due to witness availability issues. The trial’s third week featured only three days of live testimony and the jury was kept waiting or sent out of the room numerous times while attorneys argued legal issues.

QUOTABLE MOMENTS

— “Sometimes in rehearsal, Michael would appear just a little loopy,” Payne said of Jackson’s demeanor after visiting his longtime dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein, who is not a party to the case.

— “I just never in a million years thought he would leave us, or pass away,” choreographer Stacy Walker said of Jackson. Walker testified for AEG and said she never saw signs Jackson was under the influence of medications or was ill.

OUTSIDE THE COURTROOM

— A state attorney urged a court to reject an appeal by Jackson’s former doctor, Conrad Murray, stating there were no legal errors by a trial judge and the physician’s own attorneys failed to raise issues at the appropriate time. Murray has shown no remorse for playing “Russian roulette” with Jackson’s life.

WHAT’S NEXT

— A corporate attorney for AEG Live will testify, reflecting a shift in the trial focus away from Jackson and toward a central issue in the case — whether Murray was hired by the concert promoter.

Where there is smoke there is fire. There is NO way that all these people who have claimed they were molested that there isnt some sort of truth to that. Seems to me that Ole Mikey paid his way out of the majority of it.. Well now what? I sure hope that Wade is no lying ( hate that he has to live with this crap ) and blows the lip off the while thing.

and anyways, aside from his previous testimony, he was what? 17? 18 when he testified in benefit of michael jackson. it's not llike he was a little child anymore at that time. he was an almost legally adult male then. it would take a whole lot for a boy that age to lie about something like that.

I mean, we were all expecting stories like this, didn't we? AEG said it: "it's going to be ugly." I am more amazed at the lack of ethics from such a large corporation than from Wade. I think that's more damaging to AEzg's image than to Michael, it only proves Katherine knows who she's dealing with. I hope she wins to the point she becomes the owner of AEG!

When asked in the deposition, Blanca Francia stated, under oath, that she did NOT see Wade Robson in the shower with MJ. When Diane Dimond set up an interview with her, telling her “I’ll help you”, and paying her $20,000 dollars (which was more than Blanca's annual salary at that time), she changed her story.
