'Evanescence' Singer Sues

Our Very Own Label Is Our Worst Enemy

1/3/2014 12:15 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Evanescence founder Amy Lee is waging war with her longtime record label ... claiming the label all but ruined the group and in the process chiseled them out of more than a million bucks ...  TMZ has learned.

The singer claims Wind-Up Records hatched a plot to sabotage Evanescence by replacing its promoters with a bunch of idiots who ended up torpedoing the group with lame ideas.

Lee says to add insult to injury the label has withheld $1.5 million in royalties.

The label is mum.

Really TMZ? Out of all the Amy Lee pictures you put this one? It kind of looks Photoshop too...

the truth is here

Their last album was their best and Wind Up did NOTHING to promote it.

Not only has she showed you can be sexy, and make it big without having to take your clothes off but for someone who sucks, she made number 1 on the charts all three albums. Her concern has never been staying there, because she likes to share the spot light knowing she can hit number one again. Amy has always been a platform for women around the world, and has opened MANY doors for women around the world. For those who say she's ****, can't sing; remember, you're the one behind a computer insulting her and she's worth money you dream about having. God Bless!
