Britney Spears isn't usually all that fashion forward -- but she was on to something with her Josie and the Pussycats inspired costume, because the cats were everywhere!
TMZ caught Brit, Nicky Hilton, Heidi Klum and Meagan Good all getting some tail last night, with Klum pulling off the kitty look the best -- with some creepy-ass eyes and real whiskers!
Also out in L.A. for All Hallow's Eve: a cowboy Quentin Tarantino, a devilish Gummi Bear, dead golfer Kyle MacLachlan, and "Top Model's" Toccara -- as the bustiest Girl Scout we've ever seen.
