Russell Brand Has a Date with the City Attorney
Russell Brand's arrest for a run-in with a paparazzo could be settled in the L.A. City Attorney's Office ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the meeting is set for November 19 -- during which Brand, the paparazzo and the City Attorney will have a sit-down and try to work out the differences.
Presuming they hash it out, Brand won't be prosecuted.
As we first reported, Brand was arrested on September 17 after he allegedly attacked a photographer. Brand claims he only lashed out because the photog was trying to snap photos up fiancée Katy Perry's skirt.
