Stacy Keibler just signed on with one of the biggest talent agencies in Hollywood ... she also happens to be dating George Clooney. Coincidence? We think not ...

Keibler is now repped by WME (aka William Morris Endeavor) ... nearly six years after leaving the WWE.

Her list of credits -- 2 episodes of "Chuck" ... 1 episode of "Psych" ... 1 ep of "How I Met Your Mother" and a cameo in "Bubble Boy" ... and several red carpet appearances with her SUPER POWERFUL BOYFRIEND.

WME reps some of the biggest names on the planet -- including Ben Affleck, Christian Bale, Russell Brand, Steve Carrell ... the list goes on and on ...

Funny enough -- Clooney is signed with WME's rival agency CAA.
