According to docs recently filed by the State's Franchise Tax Board ... Cary failed to pay all his taxes for the years 2010 and 2011 ... to the tune of $26,207.82.

Now the Golden State wants him to cough up the cash ... or else.

Cary's no stranger to unpaid bills ... he's also being sued by a debt collection company, which claims he bailed on a $40,000 credit card bill as well.
