Lindsay Lohan's Lawyer -- She Can't Fly with the Flu

TMZ has obtained the documents Lindsay Lohan's new, imported lawyer filed with the court, claiming she was too sick to appear in court.

The doctor's note was not released because it contains medical info, but attorney Mark Heller did include an article from the New York Post, titled "Flu York City."

We broke the story ... the doctor's note claimed Lindsay couldn't fly to L.A. for the hearing because she had an upper respiratory infection (fyi -- that's not the flu), but we got pics of her shopping up a storm Saturday, the same day she saw the doctor.
