Dwight Howard -- Watch Me 'Drop That Nae Nae' ... In New Music Video

Dwight Howard got a new job -- he's teaching people how to DROP THAT NAE NAE ... and he's spreading the word by showing off his dance moves in a music video with the guys behind the song.

Howard was recruited to star in the new WeAreToonz video for "Drop That Nae Nae" -- a hip hop song that's sweeping the nation.

In fact, the "Nae Nae" dance craze is so HUGE right now ... Mark Ingram busted it out after scoring a TD in the Wild Card game last week, and the Michigan St. Spartans did it in the locker room after winning the Rose Bowl.

Unclear how Dwight got hooked up with the group, but it's clear he's a better "Nae Nae" dropper than he is a free throw shooter.
