Newsflash: Tim Tebow is still jacked ... and TMZ Sports has photos of the teamless wannabe QB showing off his divine physique Wednesday during a shirtless workout at USC.

As we previously reported, Tebow has become a regular on the Trojan campus -- often running drills with high profile QB coaches.

Even though he's not currently signed to a pro squad -- and recently took a job as an analyst for ESPN -- it appears Tebow is refusing to give up on his NFL dream.
