Jill Scott is doing a full about face -- admitting she was wrong about Bill Cosby ... now that legal docs show he copped to drugging a Temple University employee.
Scott unloaded after the deposition was revealed ... saying she's "completely disgusted" -- and, "I stood by a man I respected and loved. I was wrong. It HURTS!!!"
In the depo that was unsealed yesterday, Cosby said he gave a Temple University employee Benadryl to sedate her. He also admitted buying Quaaludes with the intent of drugging women.
Scott had refused to jump on the bandwagon after dozens of women made sexual allegations against Cosby. She and Cosby are Philly natives and Temple alums. Scott even refused to sign a petition back in December asking Temple to sever ties with Cos.
