Yes, that's Alexander Skarsgard. The one in the middle.
The 6'4" "True Blood" actor was unrecognizable at the San Francisco premiere of his new movie, "The Diary of a Teenage Girl" -- in which his character does NOT appear in drag.
Anyway, gotta say ... he pulls off a really good Kim Zolciak.
