Rachel Uchitel -- All Points Bulletin for Stolen Bike!!!

A crook in NYC just messed with the wrong person, because the NYPD has issued an APB for info leading to the arrest of a bike thief.

The legit bike owner is none other than Rachel Uchitel from Tiger Woods' fame. Turns out she has a children's boutique on the Upper West Side named after her daughter Wyatt Lily.

Rachel put Wyatt in the baby carrier and then biked to work August 26th. She parked, went inside her store and then the thief struck.

A surveillance cam caught the thief in the act and now the NYPD has used a screen grab as the main art for its wanted poster.
