Kanye West's presidential campaign for President is picking up steam fast -- he could have a campaign manager in rapper Noreaga, who's ready to get out the vote ... up to a point.
We got N.O.R.E. leaving 1 OAK nightclub on Sunset, and he was showing Yeezy a ton of love -- first, for North's nickname. Earlier this year, Kanye joked that he calls her Norrie as a tip of the hat to the rapper.
But N.O.R.E. really started gushing about Kanye in 2020 ... pushing his clear choice for prez, but he is gonna have one BIG problem when it comes time to vote.
At least he can laugh about it.
