Bill Cosby -- Criminal Sexual Assault Investigation Launched

Bill Cosby is being investigated for possible sexual assault in connection with a 2004 alleged incident.

The investigation began after a judge unsealed depositions in a civil case filed by a Pennsylvania woman ... this according to the CBS affiliate in Philadelphia.

And there's more ... another woman now claims Cosby assaulted her during the 2004 Penn Relays by grabbing her in "a vice-like grip," and rubbing against her. She says she immediately complained but event officials blew her off.
