Lil Wayne -- Bus Shooter Gets 20 Years
Lil Wayne Bus Shooter Gets 20 Years
The guy who shot up Lil Wayne's tour bus just got nailed by a judge ... and sentenced to 20 years.
Jimmy Carlton Winfrey pled guilty to 6 of the 27 counts in connection with the tour bus ambush outside Atlanta last April.
The judge broke down the 20 year sentence by ordering him to serve 10 in prison and another 10 on probation.
The indictment mentions Winfrey used a cellphone after the shooting which was owned by Birdman, who's being sued by Lil Wayne over a Cash Money dispute.
According to a rep for the D.A., the 6 charges are all gang-related.
