Blac Chyna Files to Block Strippers From Using Her Name
Blac Chyna Back Off, Strippers ... You Can't Touch This!
Blac Chyna's going on the offensive to block tricky strippers and schemers from cashing in on her good name.
According to a trademark application filed last month ... BC's biz opportunities are exploding, so she's making sure she has the exclusive right to promote products with her name. Same goes for TV gigs, movie deals and party appearances.
Sources connected to Chyna tell us the concern is some other chick -- stripper or otherwise -- coming along and using the "Blac(k) Chyna" moniker.
The docs were filed just 2 weeks before she got engaged to Rob Kardashian, but we're told that's just coincidence -- it should've been done years ago.
Chyna's attorney, Walter Mosley, tells us the filing was prompted by her getting multiple film, TV and endorsement offers that have piqued her interest -- and it's his job to make sure her name, likeness and intellectual properties are protected.
