Gwen Stefani's concert is getting off to a rocky start ... tickets are being hawked for half price even before the tour begins.

Gwen kicks off her concert series in Massachusetts July 12th. Ticketmaster was selling seats for $80 a pop, but now there's a special -- July 1 - 4 you can buy them for $40 each.
