Eddie Cibrian is washing his hands clean of ex Brandi Glanville by getting rid of their L.A. starter home.
Eddie got $635k for the 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse in Toluca Lake, CA. He'd originally listed it for $100k more than that back in February -- but we're guessing LeAnn Rimes is just thrilled to unload the tie to his ex.
Eddie and Brandi shared the pad in happier times ... aka before the bitter divorce.
The pad is 1,800 square feet with a rooftop patio overlooking the Hollywood Hills. Alex Galuz of Crescent Realty Corp closed the deal for Eddie.
