Making movies is Ron Howard's thing but waiting in line for 'em -- or remembering much about 'em -- is definitely NOT.
We caught up with the awesome director in NYC, and considering he's made about 100 flicks ... he must remember all the lines to at least one classic movie, right?
Watch this, Ron's memory is nowhere as good as his movies -- and you probably shouldn't get him started on assigned seats in theaters. But we did.
