Trey Songz says a Texas concert promoter left him hanging before a scheduled show ... and now he's suing for more than half a million bucks.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Trey claims his production company struck a deal with promoter Darryl Austin in April for Trey to perform at Will Rogers Auditorium in Fort Worth on August 8.

Trey's company says Austin made the first required payment ... but allegedly failed to make the second installment due July 8, then asked to postpone the concert.

The Game just set a very high bar for sweet 16 gifts ... surprising his daughter Cali with a brand-new Maybach at her birthday party in Beverly Hills Saturday night.

We got video of the rapper walking Cali outside with a blindfold over her eyes as party guests watched the big reveal go down. Once the blindfold came off, Cali got behind the wheel of her new $300K car ... and proudly posed with the keys in hand.

It’s a major moment for Game and Cali, who have long appeared to share a close father-daughter bond. The rapper shares Cali -- born Cali Lynn Dream Taylor -- with his ex-fiancée, Tiffney Cambridge. Though the pair split, they’ve publicly co-parented, with Game previously praising Tiffney as an “amazing parent.”

Gavin Newsom took a break from politics and his podcast to enjoy a front row seat at Noah Kahan's San Francisco concert the other night -- and TMZ has obtained footage of the California gov rockin' out with his wife.

Check it out ... Newsom and his better half, Jennifer, are just feet away from the band playing on stage at SF's Oracle Park on Friday night -- and the two are totally into the music. As you can see, the couple is all smiles as they dance to Noah's hit -- "Dan" -- with Jennifer shooting video of the band with her cell phone. 

Currently, Noah is on his "Great Divide Tour" from June 2026 to December 2026, wrapping up his American dates before heading to Australia, New Zealand, and Europe in the fall.

Jay Leno wants courts in New Hampshire to recognize his wife's conservatorship in California so he can sell one of their New England properties ... TMZ has learned.

Jay says he's planning to sell some real estate he and his wife, Mavis, own in the Granite State ... hence the reason for the filing.

TMZ obtained court docs filed earlier this month, where the comedian tells the court he wants to sell "certain real estate located in New Hampshire" that they hold as community property.

Kroy Biermann has been spotted for the first time since his eldest son was arrested for sexual battery ... and he looked to be handling some business on his phone while picking up one of his sons from football practice.

The former NFL linebacker was seen picking up his 14-year-old son Kash from practice on Saturday ... and, while standing with him, he kept an eye on his phone and a look of concentration on his face.

As we reported ... Kroy Biermann Jr. was arrested by cops earlier this week after a girl from his school accused him of assaulting her inside a gym changing area in April.

Anthony Edwards' baby mamas aren't squabbling ... in fact, one of them is publicly saying she loves how much child support the other is getting from the NBA star.

Ayesha Howard -- the mother of Anthony's one-year-old daughter -- tells TMZ ... she's extremely happy for Alexandria Desroches and her son because they "defeated an inactive father" who she says was trying to provide only $3,222 of monthly support.

That number is important ... because, as we reported, it's the amount a judge decided Anthony should pay Ayesha in a default judgment when she didn't show up to trial or provide evidence to back up her claims.

Ayesha says her child support amount doesn't reflect a final support order, and she will continue to fight for herself and her daughter -- but, right now, she just wants to "celebrate [her] sister ALLY!"

There might've been bigger names at Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods' wedding, but NOBODY cut the rug more than Knicks star Josh Hart ... according to his teammate Jose Alvarado.

TMZ Sports caught up with the Knicks point guard at LAX on Friday as he flew back from the star-studded nuptials, where the newly married couple said their "I Dos" in front of some of the biggest stars in the world, including Michael B. Jordan, Kylie Jenner, Timothée Chalamet, Ben Stiller and more.

“Definitely different to be in that room, but it was dope. You know, everybody, no matter what level you are, everybody’s human, so it was just cool to be around that,” Alvarado said of the vibe.

Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend Brian Hickerson gave her Narcan after he and his brother Zach Hickerson found her unconscious the day she died ... at least according to Zach ... and that's huge on many levels.

Zach tells TMZ ... "Brian gave her Narcan."

The admission is telling ... Hayden and Brian traveled to South Carolina the day before she died, so it seems they either traveled with Narcan or bought some in South Carolina shortly after arriving. Whatever the case, it suggests Hayden and/or Brian were really struggling with substance abuse.

Zach says he went to their Greenville Airbnb after not hearing from them, knocked, woke Brian up from a nap, and then the brothers discovered an unconscious Hayden ... with Zach calling 911 as Brian gave her Narcan, a medication administered nasally to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose.

In a statement to TMZ on Friday, Zach says ... "There are a lot of assumptions, speculations and accusations currently swirling. The truth will come out as the authorities complete and release additional details from the investigation. And that is important because the people who loved and adored Hayden deserve the truth."

"90 Day Fiancé" star Thais Ramone is firing back at estranged husband Patrick Mendes' recent court claims ... with her lawyer saying a motion containing inaccurate allegations about alleged marital misconduct is now being pulled.

Thais' attorney, Carmen Marisol, tells TMZ ... a motion filed earlier this week contained inaccurate factual allegations concerning alleged marital misconduct, and says Patrick's counsel has acknowledged those statements "were included in error." She says both sides agreed the motion will be stricken.

The development comes one day after TMZ reported Patrick claimed in court docs he discovered Thais was having an affair around April 2026, and alleged she later demanded he leave their marital home.

Mama June's daughter Pumpkin says her X-rated online presence cost her daughter a spot at a private elementary school ... telling TMZ the school pulled the kid's acceptance after discovering her social media posts.

Pumpkin tells TMZ ... she first reached out to the Georgia school about a week and a half ago and says the admissions staff was initially "super kind" and communicative throughout the process.

That changed Friday morning ... when Pumpkin says she received an email asking her to come to the school for a meeting with administrators.

3:13 PM PT -- Rashod's lawyer, Jordan Siev at Reed Smith, tells TMZ ... "It is unfortunate that a personal family situation has been taken completely out of context for sensational reasons.  We will let the court process play out and the facts will come out at that time."

2:32 PM PT -- A spokesperson for the Baltimore Ravens tells TMZ ... "We are aware of the situation involving Rashod and have been in direct communication with him. We notified the league office and have been cooperating throughout the process. As this is a pending legal matter, we will not have further comment."

NFL star Rashod Bateman is accused of family violence in Georgia after he allegedly smashed the windows of his baby mama's car ... while his 3-month-old was inside ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the alleged victim told cops the incident happened around 6 AM on June 3.

Authorities claim Rashod used an object to break the windshield and driver's side window of the alleged victim's 2021 Benz.

10:54 AM PT -- Kim Zolciak is vehemently denying allegations that her son Kroy Biermann Jr. sexually assaulted a female classmate.

Kim tells TMZ in a statement, "The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling. He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged."

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's teenage son is in police custody for alleged aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery after a girl claimed he assaulted her inside a gym changing area ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, an officer was dispatched to North Fulton Hospital on April 24, 2026, for a reported sexual assault.

Police say the alleged victim -- a teenage classmate of Kroy and Kim's son -- and her father claimed the incident occurred one day earlier inside a nearby gym.

Hailey Bieber's sister, Alaia Baldwin Aronow, will not be thrown behind bars as part of her assault and battery criminal case for allegedly throwing tampons at bar employees ... as long as she keeps her nose clean ... TMZ has learned.

New legal docs obtained by TMZ show prosecutors offered to put Alaia in a pre-trial diversion program where she will have to complete a series of classes, fines, and other requirements ... in exchange for not having to serve jail time.

Alaia accepted the offer and paid the fee for the program.

Diversion programs are typically offered to first-time or low-level offenders with limited criminal history.

1:43 PM -- Al Sharpton tells TMZ ... "I welcome the lawsuit and will have my attorneys be in touch with theirs to arrange for them to serve me so we can get in court."

Sharpton says ... "I convened a prayer vigil on what would have been Nolan's 19th birthday and three of the young men joined the Zoom and I asked them to come forward. While I did not know their names, so I did not defame them, we have a right and a duty to raise questions that were raised to me by Nolan's parents."

He continues ... "From the onset of this case, I publicly stated that I welcomed any litigation that would legally require every person that was with Nolan Wells before his death to be forced to answer questions under oath. Litigation requires depositions, discovery and a complete examination of the facts."

Sharpton concludes ... "I have been involved in the case for one sole reason: To help Nolan's parents Christine and Elmore find the truth in what happened to their beloved son through a transparent and accountable investigation. If a lawsuit is a catalyst for the truth, then it is welcomed and it will not deter NAN or me from continuing to stand with the family in their pursuit of justice."

Nolan Wells' friends are tired of Reverend Al Sharpton insinuating they had something to do with his death ... and they've sent a legal letter demanding he stop.

The legal team representing Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo and Morgan Seymour sent the letter to the reverend Friday ... claiming they're ready to file a civil lawsuit against him for making repeated false statements suggesting that they had something to do with Nolan's death.

The lawyers highlight a series of statements made by Sharpton -- including during an interview with TMZ last month -- which they say imply the three friends aren't being forthcoming -- and may even have something to do with Nolan's death.
