Kid Cudi says the First Amendment protects his decision to fire M.I.A. from his tour ... making the bombshell constitutional assertion in response to her recent legal filing.

Here's the deal ... M.I.A. filed a lawsuit against Kid Cudi -- claiming he unjustly fired her for making political comments during his tour despite her insisting he knew her politics when he brought her on board.

She also alleges she was fired to drum up publicity for the tour ... and claims Cudi caused her to miss out on a $2.8 million guarantee from Live Nation.

Kid Cudi's saying not so fast ... because the First Amendment protects his right to dictate the artistic and political content of his show and make casting decisions consistent with those decisions.

Burning Man Death Toll Climbs To 3

A third person has died at the Burning Man festival in Nevada.

The Pershing County Sheriff's Office confirmed the third death on Monday -- the 2026 edition's final day.

Authorities have only said the attendee died while on the way to a hospital in Reno. They provided no further information.

Burning Man Attendee Found Dead in Campsite Days After First Death

A second Burning Man attendee has died during this year’s festival ... and this time, the participant was found dead inside his own campsite.

According to the Burning Man Project, 60-year-old Craig Mann was discovered by fellow campers Saturday afternoon at the Nevada event. No cause of death has been released at this time.

The tragedy comes just days after another man in his 50s died following a medical emergency at the festival. As TMZ previously reported, he was treated with lifesaving measures before being taken to the event’s emergency care center, where he was pronounced dead.

The Chainsmokers’ San Jose concert turned into an emergency situation over the weekend ... with 14 people rushed to local hospitals during the show.

The electronic duo was performing at Discovery Meadow Friday when San Jose dozens of concert-goers began needing medical attention around 8:22 PM, according to the San Jose Fire Department's official social media account.

SJFD requested additional ambulances and advanced life-support units. In all, 14 ambulances responded and 14 people were transported to hospitals.

The DJ shared his trek on social media on Friday ... braving the heat through the muddy desert.
