Another day, another girl spotted with Nick Lachey.

Cameras captured Nick at the Las Vegas hotspot Pure with CaCee Cobb, the personal assistant and best friend of his soon-to-be ex, Jessica Simpson. Nick told the television show 'EXTRA' that the two are just friends.

This isn't the first time the pair was rumored to be an item. Life & Style magazine reported back in February that the two were spotted together in a Los Angeles club. One onlooker told the mag that Nick "was kissing all over the side of her face and neck."

Several blogs have posted pictures of VH1's 'Flavor of Love' star "Pumkin" with another girl, claiming they're engaged to be married after a month of courtship.

In an EXCLUSIVE interview Friday with TMZ, Pumkin says this rumor is totally false. The woman named as Pumkin's female fiancée is actually her best friend.

(April 5) -- It looks like "punk chick" Avril Lavigne's hellraiser days are over. We're told she's planning a summer wedding with Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley.

A more mature blonde-haired and groomed Lavigne appeared at the Kids Choice Awards last week looking nothing like she did during her 'Complicated' years. And speaking of kids, Avril wants some of her own, and stat.

Lavigne -- who got engaged to her fellow Canadian last summer -- has told her friends to brace themselves for a traditional white wedding at an undisclosed church in Beverly Hills. But the reception will be a different story.

The "lovebirds" plan to have circus performers, comedians and "known" rock bands playing during the celebration. Afterwords, they'll jet-to Paris, then a villa in the South of France.

The reported romance between the current king of comedy and America's most eligible divorcee was the topic for discussion Wednesday morning on Vegas' Mix 94.1 'Mark and Mercedes in the Morning' show.

HOW IT STARTED: London tabloids reported that Anderson was dating a wildly-successful venture capitalist named Laurence Hallier, after a reporter spotted Pam planting a kiss on him at London's Kabaret Club.

HOW IT STARTED: Jen appeared on Oprah's show last September and the two women instantly bonded. The talk show queen showed empathy for her guest over the very public breakdown of her marriage to Brad Pitt.

"I'm telling you she is really doing alright, people, she's doing so well," Oprah told her audience.

HOW IT STARTED: Lachey was spotted last month holding the 'Laguna Beach' beauty's hand and flirting with her at the birthday party of his pal, A.J. DiScala, held at the hip W Hotel in New York.

HOW IT SPREAD: Lachey, 32, and Cavallari, 19, were spotted at the same W Hotel again a few weeks later -- this time, Kristin was at a "private party" in Nick's suite.

And they've been seen on the left coast as well. The pair resurfaced on Hollywood's rumor radar when they dined late last month at Palomino and early this month at the ever-trendy Koi. But there's confusion too. Each has been seen out and about without the other, especially over the last few weeks.

Cameras caught 'Laguna Beach' star Kristin Cavallari returning home yesterday and refusing to answer questions about her rumored new beau, Nick Lachey. According to TMZ sources, Kristin was coming back from Nick's new Bel Air mansion.

When the cameraman asked Kristin directly, "When are you going to see Nick again?" Kristin replied, "I'm not going to talk to you about that."

Several of Nick's friends tell TMZ that they're worried Kristin is using the pop star to further her own career.
