New York City ICE Shooting Wild Video Shows Agents Rushing Up to Car, Guns Drawn

The ICE shooting that left a man in the hospital and sparked protests in New York City was caught on video ... and it shows agents rushing up to the car seemingly with weapons ready.

Video of the incident is now circulating online ... and it shows 2 men rushing up to the door of a car parked along the sidewalk.

These men aren't seen in distinct uniforms ... instead wearing plain clothes. The men seem to be approaching the car with their guns already out and, when the car tries to speed away, one of them apparently opens fire.

An ICE agent in New York City shot a man in the neck Thursday evening ... and a 5-year-old boy believed to be his son watched it all go down ... and now Mayor Zohran Mamdani is saying the Trump administration is "terrorizing our city."

Oscar Belgal -- a 28-year-old man -- was shot in the neck after a federal immigration agent fired 7 rounds into his car, according to NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch.

The shooting took place in the Marble Hill area of New York City, the northernmost Manhattan neighborhood ... the child was not injured in the gunfire.

ICE in Austin Man Shot and Wounded

ICE agents have shot and injured a man in Austin, Texas ... and investigators are being tight lipped about the altercation.

Sunday afternoon, a man -- whose name, age, and race have not been revealed -- was shot, injured, and transported to a local hospital, this according to a press conference given by Austin officials.

City officials made it clear that the Austin Police Department was not involved in the incident -- and Mayor Kirk Watson also emphasized that he is "not happy at all" about the fact that there was a shooting involving someone who "purports to be law enforcement."
